I K Balram employee of BSNL an Organization duly submit following few lines for your necessary action.
I applied for a loan amount of Rs10L a month ago and duly completed all the formalities submitted in the Lakdikapool, Hyderabad branch to Mr Ganesh and asked him to submit on my request. So asked him to submit/process my application on 08 July, 2015. On waiting for two days I enquired about my loan amount disbursement for which he asked me to go personally to the Afeespet branch, for which I questioned what the necessity was once I completed all my formalities in Lakdikapool branch. So he assured me the amount would be deposited into my account by Saturday i.e. 11/07/201. But again I personally went to the Lakdikapool brach on 13/07/2015 for which he said the amount would be deposited into my account by evening because the branch manager is away on campaign. Having not received the amount till morning of 14/07/2015 I again went to the branch and personally talked to the dealing clerk of Afeespet branch whose cell number is [protected] to ascertain whether Mr. Ganesh was genuine in his statements. Now Afeespet branch dealing clerk has assured me that amount would be deposited into my account by 1200hrs, 1600hrs and last 1830hrs because the branch manager happen to just returned back from campaign. Finally now the amount has not been disbursed so far.
On complaint and reminder to Mr Ganesh he happen to put the matter into the knowledge of CGM and he would tell to the Branch Manager.
As a person of a financial Institute how careless your personnel are in disbursing such a huge loan amount, which cannot be arranged in a short notice to be met urgent requirements. After all I am taking such huge loan to meet some urgent needs only, but not to keep just like that in my Savings account.
Who should be held responsible for this lapse? What is the fun of having so much hierarchy in your organization? What is the purpose of my taking all the care in submitting all the documents in time and making so many trips to your branch?
It is requested necessary steps be taken to immediately disburse the loan.
