Union Bank Of India — digipurse amount deducted from credit card but not added to digipurse wallet

I have added 15k, 5k of each on my digipurse wallet with reference to mobile no [protected] on 6th jan. Only 10k added & 5k was deducated from credit card but not reflecting on my digipurse wallet.
Also not showing on view statement. I have contacted them several time

I contact customer care but they are telling me to mail but i got no reply.
Please help me to get my 5k back.
