Union Bank Of India — digipurse restricted card error 20/10/2017 | |
I have successfully created a digipurse account and i added rs.500 in to the wallet on 17th oct 2017. But the amount has not been credited in wallet account, also when i try to open 'view card' / 'view statement' menu, application is showing the following error. My mobile no is [protected]. There are no replys to the mails which i sent twise to the customer support. Also i called to the no. Mentioned in the application. But i got a reply from support person that digipurse support is available only via mail, which already has no response... Was this information helpful? | |
