Union Bank Of India — Digipurse wallet app restricted card | |||
I had download union bank of india digipurse wallet app on my iphone, and added rs600 into the wallet on 4th july 2016. by 5th july 2016 my wallet reflected the same amount. On 6th july, i tried accessing and making a purchase using the wallet but the app responded by saying "restricted card error-11 ref id :[protected]". since then there has been no change, i have uninstalled and reinstalled the app but i cannot even log in to the app, and i am faced with the same error. I have emailed the customer care at [protected]@unionbankofindia.com thrice with no response at all. i called on ubi's number and they directed me to email. i am wrongfully detained from my funds and there has been no explanation or even reason as to why my funds are "restricted". this is simply fraud or incompetence. I merely desire the return of my money, i. e. rs600, which were in my digipurse account. please revert my amount back to me. Was this information helpful? | |||
