Union Bank Of India — discontinuation of internet banking facility a/c no [protected]

My internet banking txn password is disabled for the last two - three months or so long. Even approaching to bank official as well as online mailing address but nothing has been done so far. So that i would like to discontinue my internet banking facility from my saving bank a/c no [protected]. Kindly guide me about how to discontinue my above internet bank facility.
