Union Bank Of India — employee not transparent issue | |||
Today my father an 68 old man went to deposit money on his account but by mistaken he handover more money then the actual counter file. But, the moment he realized and intemate the tailer person about the issue, that person immediately left the counter by saying lunch break and after 2h all employees are back with an note of there is no issue. And behaviour was very very aggressive so that my father forced to left. This is how they behave with custmer. I request take it an issue on the brand of bank.
