Sir I processed for NEFT transfer Rs-2000 from my HDFC Ac [protected], IFSC Code:HDFC0000267 BOKARO, JHARKHAND to the AC-[protected], branch Indira Paryawarn Bhawan New Delhi IFC-Code UBIN0574252 named Vaibhav Kandpal on 07Dec 2016, but you have transferred the above amount in [protected] without verification of Name and IFC code. I also spoken to customer care UBI and registered complaint in HDFC but no action has been taken. I am a defence officer and it is very difficult for me to mail and communicate everyone.
