Union Bank Of India — failed transaction. delay in money refund

Address:S-10A, Thiru Vi Ka Industrial Estate, Guindy, Chennai - 600032, 600032

I have been transfered rs.1000 on 7 th august 2018. It shows that it is unsucessful and the amount will be credited back within 3 working days. After that i have contacted both upi app and union bank. Still now i didnot receive my deducted money. Regarding that both bank and app complained each other but i didnot get my money back.
Please consider this case as very serious and urgent and do the needful immediately.
