I have booked tickets on irctc and made a payment through bhim app and money is deducted but ticket are not booked. Therefore I required the refund .The money deducted on 26 march 2018 and now it's been 3 days there is no refund of money. Please help me in getting that. There is no message from irctc for booking ticket. I request union bank official to refund my deducted amount.
