I have home loan account no.[protected] in mahadwar road branch, kolhapur (Maharashtra). Some time before bank reduces interest rate for home loans. My loan is on floating rate basis. So, i went to the bank and asks branch manager for reduced rates of interest. He said that it is necessary to apply for it and complete some documentation. I have completed all as he said likely 2 months before. I apply for implementation of reduced rates towards my loan, bank employee said that, it will take about one year to implement. I have shocked. I wants explanation about it immediately.
