Dear sir,

I am a. Prithiviraj. Using ubi (Union bank of india) account, past 2 years they auto debiting rs.330 for pradhan mantri jeevan jyoti bima yojana (Pmjjby) on or before 31st may. But this year (2017) for 3rd year i got auto debiting alert to my mobile at 19th may 2017 to maintain my account rs.330 before 31st may 2017. So i asked at my home branch o[censored]bi to terminate this pmjjby, they told there is no option to terminate it but one option is to terminate is to maintain your account balance less than rs.330 until 31st may 2017 by the bank staff then only it will terminate automatically. So i maintain only rs.30 in my account until 31st may 2017. Then 1st june 2017 i added rs.500 to my account to maintain minimum balance, then after few days i transferred rs.4000 to my account on 13th june 2017 then 16th june 2017 from my account auto debited of rs.330 without any information or alert given to me. This is cheating, i thought ubi is govt bank so i believing this bank and maintaining account in it but they also doing like this. Who is the cheater central govt or banks. Even i didn't get policy document also so i don't like this policy. How every human can have right to put there own insurance policy likewise every human have right to cancel his own policy but why not that was not possible in pmjjby. It should be cancel from my account and also refund the auto debited amount of rs.330.

Still Pending but on that day when i lodge a complaint i got so many phone calls regarding this to we will refund to you tell me your adhaar number, OTP for it, even my debit card number also. No one have rights to ask my OTP and debit card number and all. Why they are all asking about that if they want to refund directly transfer to my account already i gave all account details in this complaint itself. I think there is some forgery happening behind this.

Resolve it by terminating the policy also refund the debited amount

    Hi,

    I have tried to with-drawl 5000 rupees from a ubi atm on 14/6/17. I have ubi debit card. As the money was not available on that atm i did not get any cash there. The receipt printed from the machine also shows unable to dispense the cash. But in my mobile i have received the message as 5000 rupees has been deducted from my acct.

    Now what i have to do to get the money back.
    Now i dont have online banking also so that i can check my balance.
    I not able to go bank in two three days as i in a tour.

    Please suggest me what should i do.

        I added pan as poi and voter card as poa but brach manager manikchak malda didn't​ receive this and forced to refilling with uid as poi
        Hence i again refilled ref [protected] with poi and poa uid adhaar but the manager said it not acceptable.
        I don't know what the services given by manikchak malda branch
        In this situation i would like to draw the attention to concern authority

          I had put my money in binary options and won some profit in them i withdrew but it didn't credited my account. I contacted both bank and binary option customer care. Binary option customer care said to contact bank have to process and provided batch and arn numbers for my withdrawal but bank say that it not their responsibility to process my money. Please help

          I lost my registered mobile number .i went to bank for changing number .tgey changed my number but still otp goes to my old number. i trying to resolve this form 20 April. they say call to customer care .but whenever i call to customer care they register complaint but never resolve problem.they are asking 2more days from last month.

            That's account regarding i have faced some of annual fee of rs 115 deduction multiple time same amount on 6 may 2017.
            So i have complained to customer care but that's didn't solve my problem. So than i have visit to my bank branch but they told me write an application so i have written application and give those to solve my problem but till date they don't solve my problem on today 40 day complete but my complained don't solved please help me.

              Have joint account in union bank and have reqested to issue me platinum ru pay debit card that card issued on my grand mother name then i asked the procedure to change this card on my name. Bank manager told me the procedure and asked me to submit the new form. I have filled all valuable details and submit my form. They said cone after 20 days. I went after 20 days the card i got which is again on my grandmother's name then again i asked so dey askd me to come aftr 15 days now dey issue the card on my name but the card has changed. They issued me visa card now. Yesterday i talk to customer care and they told me that bank havent updated any infomation not even my phone no. Who will be the responsible for this inconvenience nd what about the service tax nd closing card charges. Its not my fault. I'll look forward for yours positive response.

                That the applicant was having a locker at main branch o[censored]nion bank of india agra at sanjay place since about november 2007 by depositing three years advance rent. The locker no was 266. Later on a new branch o[censored]bi was opened near my residence at sikandra bodla road, where i shifted my locker and surrendered above locker.in september 2009. L am still getting notices for arrear rent which is not due. I sent detailed complaint to chief grievance officer personal banking and operational department union bank of india 239 vidhan bhawan marg nirman point mumbai 400021 by registered post òn21st march 2017 against which no action has been taken. Today i have got another notice for arrear rent. Kindly inquir in to the matter in my presence so that justice is done.                 I went io deposit RS. 50000 on 06.07.2017 into the savings account no.[protected] in the name of Jahar Lal Manna to the Union Bank Of India, Tollygunj Karunamaye Branch, kolkata - 700008, IFSC Code: UBIN0535320.The cashier received the amount but it was not credited to the above savings bank account for the reason unknown to me. I was told by the cashier that crediting would be done by one lady clerk who had no identity card or name badge with her so that customers can know her name. The behavour of the lady clerk is so bad that cannot be expressed in language. I went to the lady clerk and requested her to credit the amount so that I could update my pass book from auto printing machine kept in the branch immediately. The lady clerk who was linking aadhar card which was supposed to do after banking hours told me that it would not be done after I was kept standing for nearly half an hour. I was advised by her to come next day to update passbook.The Branch Manager was not available in the branch.The Deputy Manager had no control . So I decided to transfer the amount to ICICI BANK. mobile no. [protected]

                    I pay registration fee for the college and my transcation got failed and balnce get deduct from my account. I make payment two times of 102.96 at one time on 11 june 2017 after 11:30pm and other on 12 june 207 after 6:30 pm and my both transcations get failed and balance deduct from my account. I had major money issues please help me to get my 2005.96 back inaccount immediately please.

                      My father has two gold loan accounts in union bank of india vellanti branch,
                      Loan 1 : 85, ooo/-
                      After 13 months they charged 95000/-. After two three months i understood they charged extra money. I went to bank and i questioned bank manger, but
                      He was not ready to give my extra amount back, after two three hours of hot discussion finnaly he is ready to give my extra amount back
                      (I am ready to call media because of that he returned extra charged money).
                      For two gold loan accounts he charged 10000/- rupees extra, and this bank was located in rural village no one not questioning bank manger because they are
                      Uneducated and manager was very arrogant.
                      Let us think how much extra money he is collecting from the customers. I don't know was it like system error or manager mistake, ultimatly we are getting
                      Suffered.

                      Please try to solve this issue many poor people are loosing their money.

                          I had 500 coins of 10th and i walked to deposit this amount into my account which was with union bank of india at kashmere gate, delhi. But when i reached at cash counter to deposit coins after filing form, the cashier told me that he can't accept coins, & suggest me to go at branch manager's cabin when i come in branch manager's cabin & asked about this then he told me that they can't accept coins after requesting he agreed to accept only rs. 1000 only 100 coins, & warned me that i can't deposit coins in my account in future.
                          So please tell me how to do complaint against my branch manager.
                          And bank also.

                            I (Ramprakash meena) pay my kcc on 27/03/2017 rs 128000 but assistant bank manager didn't gave me right information about deposite money, i deposite my kcc money on 27/03/2017 rs 128000 i asked assistant bank manager of bank about deposite my kcc money but he didn't right information. I recieved a notice by bank with panelty. When i reach the bank assistant bank manager misbehave with me about kcc information i want justice.

                              Respected ​sir,

                              I am amol chandrkant awale having saving bank account no.[protected] at union bank of india, kolhapur.

                              Earlier on 26th may 2017 at around 7.00pm in the evening i tried to pay rs. 6419/- to tata motors service centre ie. Unity motors kolhapur through their swap machine using my union bank atm card, but the transaction failed with error and the balance rs 6149/- had been deducted. The transaction cannot be completed.

                              But, as i have checked to their bank statements the money is not received to their bank (Shyamrao vital co-oprative bank kolhapur) and neither refunded back to my bank account till date.

                              I am attaching both statements of their bank and of my saving account please​ check it.
                              I have already registered the complaint to the union bank of india customer care (Complaint no[protected] and but till now no any reply came and the money not refunded to my bank account.

                              So i am requesting you to take necessary action soon.

                                Myself Ravinder Gedela having account in Visakhapatnam Lawson's bay colony branch a/c no. [protected].
                                I have made transaction of 4000 rupees in Andhra Bank Vijayanagar colony branch Hyderabad. But the money got deducted twice 4000 and 4000. I checked with Andhra Bank they are saying it's a problem with Union Bank of India only because their ATM transactions shows only once.
                                So I have contacted Union Bank of India Asif Nagar branch to give a complaint they said because of server problem it might happened. They tried to make a complaint from Asif Nagar branch but unable to make and asked me to contact my branch. Presently I am in Tirupati request Union Bank of India to please look into the matter and make my refund at the earliest of 4000.
                                Kindly do the needful.

                                  My self kanhaiya lal, i ordered a product (Mobile phone - redimi 3s prime, 32gb worth rs. 8, 999/-) from amazon on 5th may 2017. But my product was totally defected so i returned my phone on 10th may 2017 to amazon. I claimed for refund to amazon so amazon send me a message for initiating refund that they had initiated my refund on 10th may 2017 at 12:51pm, but yet i didn't get any message from my bank that for any transaction for rs. 8, 999/- i called to amazon and they provide me a reference no. I called to my bank "union bank of india" they said there is no transanction on that date after that again i called to amazon and discussed with this problem they advised to file charge dispute, (Reference no.                                   I have complaint to UBI customer care on 10th Mar and they have given the Tat till 27th Mar but still my issue not resolved and i am still chasing for my refund amount.

                                  I have tried to visit the branch but it its not open as i want to close my account .
                                  You have taken more than 2 months to check a simple complaint however I have account with HDFC and Kotak bank also but they never taken more than 24 hrs to get issur resolved.

                                  Hey I'm Abishek.V I ordered a mobile phone that is OnePlus 9pro 5g morning mist 12gb ram, 265gb storage which costs around Rs 69, 999/- from Amazon on 1st April 2021. Though the product had an issue of over heating so I raised an return for the mobile phone on 12th April 2021 to Amazon. I had claimed an refund for the amount that has been paid to Amazon but I haven't received any message regarding the payment to my bank account. I had tried calling to the Amazon customer care and they asked me to check out with my bank. And the people in the bank had told me that there's no transaction happened on the date that the Amazon has been provided with. So, kindly help me to credit my refund a sum of Rs 69, 999 to my account. Please file charge dispute.I'm enclosing the mail that I've received from Amazon.

                                      I md. Tamane having a/c no [protected] in sitamarhi bihar ifsc code ubin0557269 withdraw rs-2000 from panjab national bank atm located on kargil chowk sitamarhi at 09.27 am. But for some reasons notes not came out i have vaited thier about half an hour then i have make complaint drought toll free number where they told me that after 24hours amount will be credited in my account. After 24 hours i visit my home branch where there manager told me make complaint off it.
                                      It was kindly requested to you to credit my amout in my account
