Union Bank Of India — I am complaining about ubi kv fees payment

I have already paid my fees online but i am not able to get my receipt of the fees for quarter iii october to december. I have submitted my complaint to [protected]@unionbankofindia.com in the same format as suggested by ubi kv fees payment. But i have not received any reply till yet. When i login to my account using uid an dob and wanted to print my previously paid receipts it was displayed that you have not paid any fees till now or no records found.
