I wanted to raise concern about not getting otp on my registered mobile no, so i am not able to login in to my internet banking.
I am a nre a/c holder in your bank, residing in kuwait.
This is very helpless situation for me, even after having money with me, i cannot use my money in my crucial time.
After raising several complaint about my issue with ubi customer service team, and in return i get only the standard reply from your customer service team this may be due to technical problem, but the problem is not resolved.
