I had done the transaction of ₹10000 in 30 may 2018 but till know i had not got the money revert email - [protected]@gmail.com Transaction i'd[protected] I had contacted to customer care - first day they said to wait 7 working days, and after that they are extending date by 3 working days, every time they asking to wait for 3 working day but this 3 working day never ends? I had done this transaction from tez application? I am a student and i am need of money badly. I think i had biggest mistake in my life? I Mohsina begum had pursed a huda beauty liquid matte for rupees 954 due to the damage of the product i had asked for the refund as i contacted amazon the told me that my refund was alredy done as they gave me my reference num HSBCN[protected] but when i contacted my union bank no help was made regarding the refund
