Union Bank Of India — I have asked several times for my nre tds certificate

Our account numbers are nro [protected], nre [protected]
We have nre accounts with union bank branch at versova branch, ashraf mahal, andheri 58,
We have sent various email request to send us our tds certificates so we can file our taxes, but we are not getting any reply.
This is urgent as our taxes are due and we cannot proceed.
Appreciate urgent resolution

Sir, my daughter unique I'd [protected].last 20 days I am trying to pay the fees.but bank payment site I giving problem.chalan is generating but payment menu is not opening.who will be responsible for that.shall I complain to higher authorities.
