Union Bank Of India — I'm not received cash on atm but debited to account

I tried to withdraw rs. 8000 from bank of india atm in 1st oct 2018
However i did not receive the cash but the amount was debited from my union bank of india account,
Am also complain 02oct 2018 but my cash are not refund complain no[protected]
