Union Bank Of India — IMPS Failure | |||
Hi I have made an imps transaction of Rs. 500 from union bank upi app but the amount has not been transferred to the receiver's account and also not been refunded into my account. I have contacted union bank customer care but they asked to complaint online through upi app only but i am unable to register compalint there. I am having account in patia union bank.I hav gone to jaydev vihar bhubaneswar branch. To deposit some cash(10 rs coin amt of 1000 rs) bt they refuse bcoz i m not from that branch.Bank was free but they did not receive.they argue to not deposit 10 rupees coin
