Union Bank Of India — Internet Banking account with additional OTP authentication

I am user of Internet Banking services o[censored]nion Bank of India as an account holder. Besides login password I have subscribed for an additional security future by way of an OTP to my registered mobile number. However since last few months I am not receiving t.he OTP on my mobile so am not able to use Internet Banking services. However my registered mobile number is receiving OTP for other online transactions and card transactions. I have complained to the branch who have directed me to customer care number who are also not solving the problem. I have also mailed to Internet banking team o[censored]nion Bank of India and also written to General Manager of the Bank who is in charge of digital services. I am a senior citizen and drawing pension from the bank. My registered email id is hemchand.[protected]@gmail.com.
