[Resolved] Union Bank Of India — kindly help regarding amount debited from atm for poor person | |||
Dear sir/mam I am new consumer in your bank my home branch in up but now i m in mumbai due to job as a car driver. I am very irritated from your bank i am a poor consumer so you are requested kindly help me and resolve, issue My complaint i tried to withdraw amount from atm as on 31.12.2018 timing nearly 8 pm evening. Amount debited two time from my account 6000+6000. First 6000 amount debited from my account but same amount did not get from atm. I received only 6000 rs from atm but 12000 amount debited from account on same timing and with same id as on 31.122018. I complaint many time on union bank toll free no[protected] my complaint no[protected] but i did not get solution. Now when i called toll free no executive told me your complaint has been closed without any proper solution.
