Hi, My name is Goutam, I have an Account in Union bank. Last 3months before I have submitted all KYC documents In Balurghat, Dakshin Dinajpur Branch. Today when I have call for active my Net Banking, Net banking officer told me, no any KYC update in your account no and also say please visit again this branch.
