Union Bank Of India — Loan account subsidy is not claimed by employees

Took an education loan from this bank in November 2012 for my post graduation. My account is [protected]. I have started paying my EMIs from January 2017. In early 2016, I observed that I am not getting the benefit offered by our state government in the form of subsidy for the interest on my loan. I contacted the the loan represenative of the branch. Now, I came to know that my application to the subsidy was not forwarded by the branch in due time.
I want someone to look into the matter and help me with a prompt resoution.
