Union Bank Of India — misbehave by bm mrs pragya singh bm karmeta jabalpur

Sir yesterday i went to atm of karmeta br to withdraw cash. I want to know the bal of my mrs a/c. No one was there except b m. O entered the cabin and requested to know the balance of said a/c. She embarked how u enter the cabib. U can go to counter and get the bal. I m branch manager and perform so many work. Customer time is upto 4.30 pm. After that i m not to supposeany query. I told her that i m ex staff pension. She told u sit and after getting free i will tell you bal. Sir pensioners are best narketting persons as they have ample of time. By her nature staff and customers are very angry. Our retired association has deposited more than one crore inother mutual fund. That is very shamefull ex staff areforced to invest other mutual fund. If such phenomena occured frequently customers will be switch over to other bank. Her way of talking was so roughly and rude i was very shocked and repent to open a/c with such bank. Pl tell me customer should come upto 4.3 pm and by mistake he enters the branch after time he has to get insulted. B m srivastava mob no [protected]
