Union Bank Of India — mobile number upgradation

Due to my transfer to Ahmedabad, I am not using number currently registered with tha bank.So I asked to upgrade it.But they asked me to go to host branch.As I am at probation it is not possible for me to visit host branch, I send my brother to branch.There bank official asked my brother to write email to"[protected]@unionbankofindia.com", But even after sending email my no is not updated.I send email 2 times.
