Union Bank Of India — money block in digipurse

Sir i have add 9000rs in my digipurse wallet on 15feb. I can't do any transaction with digipurse wallet. My money is blocked in my digipurse wallet. Pls sir transfar my balance to a/c-[protected]. Ifsc-ubin0553565. My mobile no is [protected]. I have try to contact [protected]@unionbankofindia.com, [protected]@unionbankofindia.com many times, but they not reply to me.
