Union Bank Of India — money transfer without my permission.

I got my money within 24 hrs which was reversed...

But suddenly at 2am i got the message on my mobile that the amount got debited again from my account by transfer.

But i have not done any transfer process then also money was debited. Why is this happening where my money went.

Please check this issue.

myself mayura joshi is having savings account in Union bank of India Talegaon Dabhade branch.( Savings Account no. [protected])

I am using net banking since few months. Now my transaction password is locked or inactive. Screen shot is attached.

I had made a transaction on 2/10/2018 of rd 10000 but the atm did not dispense the cash and error msg was shown transaction uncussessful. Later i checked with mini statement which showed rs 10000 has beed debited.trying to call union bank but no response till now
