Union Bank Of India — My card was stolen new card not received

Dear sir,
My Name : Nilesh Asrani Card no. [protected] my card is lost on date : 11/05/2021 request on 13/5/2021 for new card then mail you again 23/5/2021 again 28/5/2021 still not received card how i will manage i want to use this card money already pandemic covid 19 so to much urgent new card please slove my issue urgent basis. I will pay all bill now need money so what to do now.
