Union Bank Of India — My online transactions like payments are getting failed

I have made 2 online payments 1 for electricity bill mseb on 12th of june and another for mobile bill through idea wallet i. E. On 27th of june and both this transactions got failed and amount was deducted from my account. I tried to reach customer helpline numbers but they are hot getting connected with customer care executive. I have attached one screenshot for your reference
