Union Bank Of India — Negative balance charged for three years

Dear Sir / Madam,

My Union Bank of India savings account balance became negative for three years. "As per the RBI's policy, no bank is allowed to make account balance negative and recover those charges. They can make the balance zero and close the account."

But Union Bank of India charged me around 920 rupees as negative balance. I have raised request on their complaint portal but received no response yet.

This is non adherence to RBI policies.

Kindly help me get refund of my deducted amount.
