Rs. 236 has been deducted for 2 months regular and the reason is branch I want my rupees back from the bank cause they don't tell me anything why are they deducting my money every month. For 2 months they regularly taken my money I want my money back

    I am having account from 2015 and i am not using it from 2016 . recently visited branch at ravivalsa to close my account they said that you having negative balance in you so please pay it .. i don't want to pay any single rupee of your unwanted charges . SO PLEASE KINDLY CLOSE MY ACCOUNT

    The RBI has issued a directive that negative balance will not be imposed on saving accounts as penalty charges. The central bank has asked the banks to immediately stop imposing charges for not maintaining a minimum balance once the balance touches zero,

        I tried to link my aadhaar with my union bank of india account and filled out the credentials correctly. But a pop up message shows invalid account number.

                  I have paid my daughter's KV school fee through UPI using GPAY vide transaction no.[protected]. But it is neither reflecting in Union banks website nor in KV school website.                         Negative balance charged for three years

                        Dear Sir / Madam,

                        My Union Bank of India savings account balance became negative for three years. "As per the RBI's policy, no bank is allowed to make account balance negative and recover those charges. They can make the balance zero and close the account."

                        But Union Bank of India charged me around 920 rupees as negative balance. I have raised request on their complaint portal but received no response yet.br...
