I am writing this on behalf of my elder brother. Mr. Nilesh Sevalal Gupta who is applied for Net-Banking facility since more than 2 months but there is still no response from Union Bank.
I have attached screenshots of a follow-up message/calls with Mr. Sujit Kumar, Chembur Branch (Contact -+[protected]
Earlier, We had requested and informed for EMI deduction as they were not updated in their system as you can see in the attached image where we have paid 2 EMI amount in the month of Feb-2023. This is the kind of service we are getting from the bank, should I appreciate it or express regret?
EMI Amount- 10, 797*2= 21, 595 Interest Charge by bank without Principle-4, 253= Final Paid Amount by customer-17, 342
It is very unfortunate that the customer has to follow up for two months and there is no closure yet.
Please consider it as a humble and urgent request.
I'm hoping for a quick resolution.
