I sent them a mail to send my Home loan Interest certificate. They did not even care to respond. Other problems
1. Extremely difficult to reach the bank
2. Even if one manages to contact one, resolution will take ages.
The bank still expects customers to visit their branches( in fact just the home branches), stand in queue and request the bank staff to listen to their problems while other counterparts have moved away from that mentality.
The concept of 'Relationship Management' is alien to them. So much so that they called me only when during audit it was found that I had not paid EMI for the last 3 months. They did not bother to even check if borrowers are paying the EMIs properly, forget about solving customer's problems. Was this information helpful? |
