Union Bank Of India — Non printing of fee paid receipt

My son mukul saini (Uid [protected]) took admission in kv afs hakimpet in class xi in june 2016 and paid online fee through debit card for apr - june quarter. Subsequently he was transferred from kv afs hakimpet to kv afs yelahanka in july 2016. His new uid is [protected]. I am not able to trace his fee receipt online and get a print. Please guide to get the fee receipt print.

Very poor web site while paying KV fee.
Hangs while paying fee. After trying 15-16 times, I get fee paid in r/ o my ward
