Union Bank Of India — Not able to login to my internet account

I have internet banking account o[censored]BI since 5 years. Till recently as early as December 2015 my internet a/c was ok. but since last week i am unable to login to my internet banking account with valid login and password. after entering login and password display screen shows message "application error". i tired in all browsers the error message is same. i have complained to customer care and concerned branch. i did not get my problem solved. the call center guy tells my internet a/c is inactive and asked me to contact branch. the branch staff tells there not aware of the issue and asked me to contact call center. what a joke is this? is there anyone competent enough in UBI to resolve my issue.
