Union Bank Of India — not handing over debit card | |||
Dear sir/madam I am meenakshi soni, citizen of india and i have a saving bank account in union bank of india, (Branch - yusuf sarai, account no. [protected]). My debit card has been expired and i requested for the new debit card. As i am not in india as of now, i am unable to come and collect my debit card from the bank personally. I sent an authority letter with me real sister along with her adhaar card details for safety sake, but still the bank manager is not handing over the debit card to my sister and not giving any particular and specific reason. I am unable to come to india till feb'2018, so i am unable to link my adhaar card with my bank account. But i need my debit card to withdraw some money. In spite of helping me and my sister, bank manager is not supporting and not listening to our problem. As per supreme court rules, the dead line to link adhaar card has been extended till march'2018, but still the bank manager is not supporting us.
