Union Bank Of India — not refund my money

January 2015 i'm online transaction for mobile through flipkart. in amount 9999 rs. but money are not received in flipkart this are mailing in written in one month and after complaint union bank of india but this toll free no.[protected] are not solved my problen in 3 month and i have not received my money 9999 rs. for bank carelessness and your customer service . and also complaint my branch with letter in detailed. please help me and to give as my money quickly. thanking you.
