Union Bank Of India — not settling down money with ward of deceased account holder

I would like to say that Late Molai Ram Prajapati S/O Late Pancham had his account in Union Bank of India(IFSC Code: UBIN0534579) which is in Sidhi Sadan, Mohalla Sahabganj Mungra Badshahpur, Jaunpur, UP-222202. Molai Ram died on 04 May 18 and leave behind Rs 41438/ in his savings account. Now his wards want that money from his account for which they visited the above said bank. The bank requested some legal documents from them which they have provided to bank but instead of that bank is not doing it's job. Every time when they visit to bank the bank official makes some excuse to them and ask them to visit again and this is continued from approx three months.
