Today(6 august 2023) around 2pm i recieved a call from an unknown number who knew me and started talking with the name of one of my relative. He asked me to help for a transactions on which I completely denied however on repeated request he sended me two amount of 20000 and 40000 as credit to my account(screenshot attached) after getting the message I became confident on his request and did the transactions of 10000, 15000 and 5000 using my PAYTM APP(screenshot attached) however after doing all this I found that my balance was debited and my account shown insufficient funds. When I checked my union app I found that there was no credit and all my money was gone.
Hereafter, That mobile number got switched off ( I received the call from [protected]) and the transaction was done on [protected](named as Chetan kumar Nehar) . I immediately told this incident to my colleagues and lodged the complaint in the Cyber Crime department 1930(screen shot attached) I have even reported immediately the customer care o[censored]nion bank of India.
I heartly request you to please take this matter on priority and revert my money lost. This was my one month salary and I deeply stressed under this situation, I know I got mistaken and got scammed but please help me as I have only one account in union bank from past 13 years and have deep trust in the bank. As I live in Gurgaon getting back to basti (branch : Vikas Bhawan : UBIN0558591) is not possible on immediate basis .
Please help me in this regard.

Note: I have filed this on Union Bank redressal site and also informed to customer care but there is no necessary action conveyed to me other than putting my account on hold.
Its a request to please revert the transactions before they withdraw all my hard earned money.
