Sir, I pleased to inform you that in Union Bank of India Chennai ashok nagar branch ifsc code UBIN0545023 for more than 2 months passbook machine is not functioning. When I spokes to branch manager he stated that he doesn't know when the Machine will work due to some part to be replaced. I couldn't understand why a stand by machine or a new Machine is not installed. Passbook is essential for the customer. Please do the needful to make the machine function. Awaiting for the positive response at the earliest. Already mail send to branch, customer care, rbi, chief general manager, regional office.
