Union Bank Of India — pathetic internet banking website not secure, very slow and breaks at point | |||||
Recently union bank of india has upgraded there internet banking website. After upgrading rather to have improvements. It has degraded its quality compared to previous version. It is breaking on many pages, gets timed out unable to respond within stipulated time. Already union bank website very behind as compared to other banks. Now a days frauds are increasing day by day, but union bank are least interested in upgrading to new technology. Even "submit website feedback" link doesn't work on there website, it is very frustrating and annoying, users are risking there transaction by using such a non stable and reliable internet service provided by the union bank of india. I have been struggling for two days to pay the Union Bank of India credit card bill. The site doesn't work. But for paying my Citibank credit card bill, I could access my Union Bank of India account from the Citibank ebill site, which by the way is excellently run and ALWAYS available unlike the Union Bank of India site. What's with the Union Bank internet services? I have been unable for months to enable international transactions on my Union Bank credit card. A total disgrace.
