I had given the request for new cheque book last week on customer care.. When i didn't recieve it on time i called again today but the lady on the phone tolad me that due to some technical error your request couldn't be completed that day.. And today also i can't take the request.. You have to visit the branch tomorrow and have to place the request again.. What the hell... Is this the kind of service you offer?? 7 days back technical error and today also error in taking request... Now it will take me minimum 7 more days to get the new cheque book.. If the error was there when i gave request last week why the person assured me that i will be getting the cheque book soon..
