Union Bank Of India — poor new internet banking system | |
Union bank of india has recently upgraded its internet banking system. As usual with every initiative for improvement in the corporate world we go from improved to still improving state. The earlier internet banking was far better than the new one. The site interface is confusing. The website frequently errors out. The page goes un-responding. This seems to be similar to some other banks which means they must have used a third party customization tool and that’s useless. The new interface is extremely slow.
