Union Bank Of India — poor service & response from bank | |||
I have opened new account in bank which was not opened by them within tat. As communicated the person was supposed to call & inform me about my account details but no such response from their end. No contact details updated in system & the contact no which is ringing no person to pick up the call. Very bad service as i have my family account in this branch but they are not serious about their customers & their requirement which need to be fulfilled. Is it necessary that for all transaction we need to go to branch in this digitized india. Was this information helpful? | |||

I want to block my ATM card but the customer care as no response to taking

I am not able to login to my m passbook even on putting the registered sim as default sim.All verification is done then at last it asks to enter the OTP but I never received any OTP.I tried many times but same problem continues.I tried with different phone then also the problem continues.
