The complaint is regarding a complaint already raised complaint number[protected]. I had ordered a product from Amazon on 9th July 2018 which came faulty so we returned it. The refund was processed by them on 13th July for an amount of Rs 1598.00 with a reference number[protected]. We have still not received any refund in our bank account. Contacted Amazon they said the reference number is proof of the amount being transferred in our bank account. When contacted bank Branch (Vishrantwadi) they said they will not be able to help us as we need to contact their customer care services over the phone. We did as we were advised but no help from them they just raised a complaint saying latest by 14th August we should receive a solution or the refund but nothing came back to us. We contacted the customer services once again they said that the complaint was not action ed so they have forwarded it again requested us to call back within 3 working days. We did that still no action taken so they forwarded the complaint once again. It is becoming so irritating that they just don't want to serve people & making the online transactions difficult.
