My self BIBEK KUNDU, i booked a train ticket from IRCTC app through transaction from phone pe on 23th jan 2019. But my booked ticket was cancelled on 25.01.2019 and IRCTC refund on 27.01.2019( IRCTC refund id : [protected] ).through refund money to phone pe creadited my debit card on 05.02.2019( phone pe transaction id : P1901271707122189882129 and ARN : 74056639028902707227136 ). I claimed for refund to phone pe so phone pe send me a message for initiating refund that they had initiated my refund on 05th feb 2019 at 05.07pm, but yet i didn't get any message from my bank that for any transaction for rs. 945 i called to phone pe and they provide me a reference no 74056639028902707227136. for my transaction. I called to my bank "union bank of india" they said there is no transanction on that date after that again i called to phone pe and discussed with this problem they advised to charge back formal complain, (Reference no. "74056639028902707227136 ") so i want to do charge dispute file. My amount is rs. 945 /- and name - BIBEK KUNDU,
