[Resolved]  Union Bank Of India — refund not obtained for a failed transaction

Respected sir,

I have done a transaction using phone pay but transaction failed and amount rs 6000/-has been deducted from my account on 9 Aug 2019.till today the money is not refunded to my account.
I have contacted the ubi branch mauganj, but no response is given by the branch manager.

Utr is[protected] and transaction I'd is-P1908092244497288065010.

Please solve this issue as soon as possible.
