Union Bank Of India — Refund not receive in my Bank Account

My name is Nilesh Bacheria and I had ordered a product of RS.6999 Reebok Classics Men's CL Legacy in Tata Cliq on 06-Feb-2022 & I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 28-Feb-2022 Tata Cliq initiated the amount to my Account but I still didn't get the money. Tata Cliq sent this reference number [protected] told me to fill charge dispute form but Union Bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.
