This is regarding the refund which I haven't received till date.
Its been almost a month and I have been chasing bank customer support multiple times however still no solution.
Below are the complete details and the refund reference number:

Transaction date: 12th July 2020
Transaction amount: 33399.03
Refund processed date from Amazon: 26th July 2020
Refund amount: 33399.03
Refund reference number:[protected]
Complaint Number 1 registered on 10th August 2020: [protected] (not resolved)
Complaint Number 2 registered on 28th August 2020: [protected] (not resolved)
I have followed multiple times however still no resolution and I still haven't received the refund amount in my account and it has already been processed by Amazon on 26th July 2020.
I have no trust now left in Union bank support.
With this kind of support I don't want to continue the Union Bank account anymore and would soon go for the closure of this account.
