Union Bank Of India — refund of amount deducted from account for transaction

On 1st of December I have transferred three thousand rupees through UPI app union bank of India into other account but somehow transaction was failed and amount was deducted from my account . I had complaint about it and talked to customer care also but I didn't got any solution and still I have not got my amount back. If possible please help to get me back my money . It's been 7 days still no revert response I have got from union bank side . I m highly disappointed by their services . Kindly help me I accept some solution from yours side . Thanking you
