Union Bank Of India — refund of twice payment kvs fee

KVS fee for third quarter in respect of Mugdha Phadke Class VI, KV NO. 2, Colaba, Mumbai was paid on 15 Oct 2020. First transaction (Rs 1800) got failed, but amount got deducted from account. Further, another successful transaction was made and receipt for the same was obtained. Request arrange refund of amount deducted towards unsuccessful transaction. Regards

Sir, I have paid KV fees at KVS No. 1 Bengaluru for class XI for my son Manmeet Kushwaha Rs. 3206 in thrid time total 9618/- on 14 Oct 20. Two time online payment shown declined. Pls refund Rs. 6412/- earliest. Thank you.

But 2 time money is deducted from my account. Kindly resolve my problem and arrange to refund that amount to my account.

Sir by mistake I have paid fees twice, First time trascation was failed but second time it was successful . But amount is deducted twice. The fees was paid for sonam gunagi of class 12 on 6th Jan 2022. Sir please refund my money.

Fees paid once but did not get the message from UBI. So I paid second time. the UBI charged the fees twice.
I reminded thrice but no reply from the bank till date.
This is my last attempt for refund.
