Union Bank Of India — refund status of my transaction

I did fee payment but it is failed and amount is debited but it is not credited again to account

I am not received the refund from amazon. They already refunded. Here i am attached the reference number

This post is regarding the refund for the product "Fostelo Tan Brown Solid Shoulder Bag" ordered in Myntra . I cancelled this item on 16 Feb 2021, and they said it will take 7-10 days to reflect in the source account of Amount- Rs. - 698(including delivery charges)

Payment was done through the debit card having number [protected].

It's been 40 days but I did not get my refund yet. So, Kindly look into this and solve this issue as fast as possible.

I refunded rs 500 from phonepe app wallet to my bank account. But I did not recieved my money yet

My phonepe refund amount is not credited in my bank account till now. 500 rs.

This is my order details. I had ordered it on 28th July but due to some reasons i returned my order. I have talked to the customer support of flipkart and they have said that they have already sent the refund amount to the bank, but still the refund amount has not been reflected in my account.
